No Criminal Charges Filed In Massachusetts Crash That Killed Cyclist.

After months of reviewing the case, Wellesley, Massachusetts will not file criminal charges against the driver of the truck that crashed into and killed a cyclist back in August, 2012.

Alexander Motsenigos, 41, died this past August when an 18-wheel tractor-trailer truck collided with his bicycle in Wellesley.

Police officials recently released a videotape of the scene taken moments before the tragic bicycle accident.

Taking into account the new video and the evidence presented, a grand jury determined that the truck driver was not at fault in the bike crash.

Though police are not filing criminal charges, Motsenigos’s widow has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the truck driver and his employer for their part in her husband’s death.
